For work time, the dining table in the kitchen gives you the ideal work area. 

When the weather allows, enjoy the private garden space with outdoor dining table & chairs.

The house is ideally located just a few minutes from the A14, perfect for working near by or visiting the local area.

There are local shops and a pub within a few minutes walk. The market town of Woodbridge is just a short 10 minute drive away with it's various shops, restaurants, pubs, cinema and scenic walks to enjoy.
