There are 2 double rooms that can be made up as either one king bed or two single beds. Plus there is a single room. Hotel quality bed linen provided.

Upstairs there is a bathroom with basin, and a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a full shower room, also with basin and toilet. Hotel quality bath towels provided

Parking is available on the driveway for two cars or one van. 

Plus there is additional free parking on the road outside the property for a further vehicle. 

Choose from the lounge with the large chaise sofa, armchairs and large smart TV, or the light and airy sun room with the lounging chairs for relaxation and a view of the garden. 

For work time, there's the 6 seater dining table that lends itself perfectly to a spacious work area when duty calls. 

Then of course there's the private garden to enjoy a little al fresco dining 

Our cleaning team visit fortnightly to change your bed linen & towels, and clean the bathrooms and floors. 

Fast Wifi, water rates and utility bills are covered too.

Our fully equipped facilities include everything you'd expect; crockery, glassware & cooking essentials, plus oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full size fridge, under counter fridge, full size freezer, washing machine, tumble drier & dishwasher.

The house is conveniently located 10 minutes from the A12, and just 5 minutes from the A14, ideal for working near by or visiting the local area.

There are local shops within a few minutes walk, a petrol station and pub within a 2 minute drive, and a retail park with supermarkets and restaurants just 5 minutes in the car.
